De acuerdo con las nuevas bases curriculares vigentes para 3° y 4° año medio a contar del año 2020, el Plan de Formación Diferenciada ofrece a los estudiantes diversas asignaturas, de acuerdo con sus intereses y preferencias personales. Proceso ya conocido y realizado por ustedes el año pasado. Este nuevo plan se construye en base a tres principios:
- Electividad: Este plan busca que los estudiantes elijan entre variadas asignaturas en 3° y 4° medio, tomen sus propias decisiones respecto de los conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes que desean desarrollar de acuerdo con sus intereses y proyectos de vida.
- Exploración: Permite que los estudiantes exploren diferentes áreas disciplinares, de acuerdo con sus preferencias. Se estructura de tal manera que los estudiantes puedan elegir asignaturas ligadas a diferentes disciplinas en 3°, distintas de las de 4° año para que combinen de acuerdo a sus inquietudes, intereses y proyecto vocacional. Con esto se evita que el estudiante elija un Plan “cerrado”, como, por ejemplo, un Plan Humanista o Científico.
- Profundización: Cada asignatura consta de 6 horas semanales y ofrece oportunidad para profundizar en aspectos específicos de cada disciplina. La oferta de asignaturas de profundización considera tres áreas:
Área A: Lengua y Literatura, Filosofía, Historia, Geografía y Cs. Sociales.
Área B: Matemática, Ciencias.
Área C: Artes, Educación Física y Salud.
Dentro de cada una de estas 3 áreas cada establecimiento debe ofrecer un mínimo de 6 asignaturas en cada nivel (3° y 4° Medio) garantizando que al menos dos de las tres áreas sean cubiertas.
A continuación, se te presenta una descripción de los propósitos formativos y objetivos de aprendizaje de cada asignatura, los cuales debes leer detenidamente antes de proceder a elegir tus tres preferencias
